Description

This PR updates the Japanese README file (locales/ja/README.md) to synchronize it with the latest English version. The previous Japanese README was outdated and missing key information.

Key updates include:

• Synchronization with the latest English README content.
• Addition of new features introduced in Roo Code 3.21, such as Roo Marketplace, Gemini 2.5 models (Pro, Flash, Flash Lite), and Excel file support.
• Improved structure and formatting for better readability.
• Ensured accurate Japanese translation and appropriate technical terminology.
• Corrected relative links and paths to ensure all links are functional.

Test Procedure

1. Navigate to locales/ja/README.md.
2. Review the content to ensure it accurately reflects the latest English README and is grammatically correct in Japanese.
3. Verify that all internal and external links are functional and point to the correct resources.
4. Confirm that the new features (Roo Marketplace, Gemini 2.5, Excel support) are correctly mentioned and described.
