Fwd/Rev buttons should apply to active app

When the preferred music app is open, but inactive/paused in the background, navigation keys are still routed to it even if another application is actively playing.

For example, when listening to Apple Music with Spotify paused in the background, navigation keys still restart Spotify and change song. A toggle should be implemented that allows users to choose where navigation keys are routed.
