ATCC: Adaptive Concurrency Control for Unforeseen Agentic Transactions

This repo is developed based on openGauss-2.0.0, please follow the openGauss's install command to build and run ATCC.

Other binary libs are uploaded in the binarylibs, please add this to the third-party-binarylibs used to build openGauss.
