About the issue of different labels between model inference and Gradmix

Hello, I input the balanced labels generated by Gradmix into image_sample.py for image generation, and I found that the cell nucleus positions and numbers in the generated Npy files are different from those in the synthetic mat files generated by Gradmix. Why is this?
