Changed the racemask for Seal of Vengeance, Seal of Corruption, Bloodlust, and Heroism to match all allaince/horde races

Heroism changed racemask to 1101
Bloodlust changed racemask to 690
Blizzard had these spells tied to race rather than faction so the normal arac DBC edits miss them, so only the original race+class combinations can learn them properly without this edit
