The changes are currently made only on ranking pages, however this can also be added on rating pages as well. If the current made changes are fine I'll apply these same functions on the ratings page. |

Fixes #354
Adds a favorite button to vote ranking page. This PR follows the same steps made in
VoteYesNofile and no extra steps involved.
