This is a mobile application that holds the patients' medical records in asecure format and can be updated by the doctors, the access control for these medical records would be held with the patients, and this application would also allow the patients to converse with a conversation assistant, this assistant is also curated to the patients' ailments and necessities could remind the patient about the precautions and medications that they need to take every day. It help unify all the health tracking and consultation requirements in one place
