Random panics

I've been using chomp for a while now, on a build process, running locally on Mac OS with arm arch, and in CI builds, linux with x86 arch.

I've seen occassional random panics when running locally on the Mac, but never see this on CI. Everything is usually fine if I just rerun the build.

I thought I'd open this to start a record of them, I'm not familiar with Rust, so I don't know what is useful to capture, but I'll start with this:
