HAVING at GROUP BY

How can I use the HAVING clause to filter after GROUP BY with scoop? Is there a possibility to add free SQL in 1.1.0-RC1?

HAVING clause is not implemented... pretty big omission, I know. Somehow I never needed it in scoop before. I'll see if I can add it over the weekend in a branch and deploy a version of scoop with it.

It's possible to add raw SQL at the expression level in most places, like:

.where( sqlExpr[Boolean]("... SOME RAW SQL ...") )

But there's not an easy way to append a new clause like HAVING to an existing query.

The only workaround might be defining the query without the having clause, turning it to a string, and running it manually:

val q = ... some group by query without HAVING ...
  val rawSql = q.sql + " HAVING ..."
  // now execute manually
  ...
  // should be able to still use the scoop expressions to parse the ResultSet
  val row = q.selection(rs)
