Cant seem to download the package through the SBT resolver

Just reporting that there seems to be an issue with the resolver url while SBT tries to grab the package. Looks to be an issue with the web server.

Other than that, the project looks very promising and seems to be have more features than other dynamo db libraries at present. Thanks 👍
