Provide button to fix bucket allocation limit down to specific objective #246
Description
It would be nice to be able to click on an objective (or maybe the cumulative estimate sum to the right of it) and change the bucket's allocation limit to match the cumulative sum of estimates down to that objective.
This would allow the "red line" for the bucket to be directly set at a particular objective.
This could be done either for percentage or absolute allocation types.
