I copied the PDB70 from March 2020 of our tape archive system and made it available again on the download server.

I just want to ask for a confirmation that "March" is a typo. It should be the one from 2020-05-13.

and made it available again on the download server.

I'm currently getting a 403 Forbidden status code when trying to access the file. Perhaps the file permissions can be changed.

I fixed the permissions. And that was indeed a typo, the filename reflects the correct date.
