What is the problem I am trying to address?
We have a bunch of feature proposals that have been submitted via issues. We just enabled GitHub discussions, which is a better place to have discussions about new features.
How is the fix applied?
I updated the issue templates to direct submitters to GH discussions if they have a feature proposal
