[Solved Temporarily with forked version] Currently Pug (Jade) view engine integration is broken

Due to latest changes happened at https://github.com/Joker/jade library. Integration with aah is broken. I'm gonna create an issue and await for response from developer.

Temporarily mapped to forked version and release v1.0.2 So that till actual resolution comes, aah users can use the library without any issues.
