decorator to launch git-daemon to make tests work without user reading exceptions

Subject really says it all - there are one or two tests which fail without git daemon being active, and explain the user that git-daemon should be started in the background to make the test work.

That kind of dependency is not justifiable, especially since there is an easy workaround.
