Fix large-payload-tester agent prompt numbering and grammar

The agent prompt for large-payload-tester contained incorrect step numbering (jumped 3→5, skipping 4) and a grammar error.

Changes

• .github/agentics/large-payload-tester.md
  • Corrected Expected Behavior step sequence from 1,2,3,5,6,7 to 1,2,3,4,5,6
  • Fixed grammar: trying verify → trying to verify
