The markdown link syntax on this line is malformed. It contains "Guide](https://docs.github.com/articles/guide-to-submitting-a-dmca-counter-notice%22%3EGuide)" which has incorrect URL encoding (%22 for quotes, %3E for >) and a misplaced "Guide" text. Based on other counter-notice files in this repository, this should be formatted as a proper HTML anchor tag or corrected markdown link.

| I don't understand how my dictionary infringes on Dreamtonics' property. I believe it's a mistake - my dictionary is just like any other fake XLS dictionaries. If it does infringe on their property, I want to to know what I need to change to keep distributing it. |

There is a typo with a duplicated word. The phrase "I want to to know" should be corrected to "I want to know" with only one instance of "to".
