Extract Images' metadata and compare them to a hash list to see if there is a match

usage: Lab4_extractMetaData_Gavin_Lau.py [-h] [--output OUTPUT] img

positional arguments: img Name of an image File

optional arguments: -h, --help show this help message and exit --output OUTPUT, -o OUTPUT Dump data out to File.
