Hi,
I was helping a HPC user with getting this containerised so she wouldn't run into issues with Conda on our system. I thought you might also like to have the recipe, the link to the built container, and some introductory examples of how to use the container. This is really useful for people that are likely to run into issues with Conda, or have limits on file count/disk usage on a shared cluster.
