Has the integration stopped working?

Hi there,

since a few days, I do not get any data from the integration. It suddenly stopped working. All the chargers I'm observing (~70) are showing "AVAILABLE" as status. This can't be true.

Is there anything I can do?

I didn't change a thing as it was working perfectly, was on vacation and now all chargers are not delivering any information.
Did already re-start my HomeAssistant / PI to check - no change.

How can I investigate?

There are no more updates here either. With around 20 chargers, only one is providing updates. The status of the rest is frozen.

The HA system is at the current version level.

Well, with a sudden it did work again - until midnight 22./23. July it stopped working again and does not deliver any data.
All chargers show as "available" which is simply not true which I could cross check via some apps.

How should I investigate?

Unfortunately I can't help, but just want to confirm I have the same issues.

AS we speak: From today ~11:30am the integration starts to deliver data again. Too early to check if it is reasonable But at least some data.

i would guess that your provider has also started using an "operator id" on the ChargeCloud plattform, see #8 for what i had to do to make WienEnergie work

can you give us a link to the portal of the operator you wanna check on, and maybe one random station ID that is part of it?

Well, it is actually not a single operator. The integration sometimes stops completely delivering data.

Currently it's up and running again.

I haven't been able to find logs of when it happened (yet), but it also seems to affect chargers from Vattenfall InCharge (NL) over here, though only sometimes... Most of the time it works like a charm.
