VueWarn show #app not detected

**VueWarn in console**
The console show a vuewarn error with not detected \#app

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. npm run dev
2. Go to console
3. See error

**Expected behavior**
The \#app must be recognized for vue  framework and not be show an error

**Additional context**
Maybe the webpack config are not complete
