remember to incf the version number before doing this:

  make rpm && make install-repo
    (supply the root password if prompted)
or
  make release=3 rpm && make install-repo
if you want to package up the same version rebuilt with a different
lisp.

on gemini (as root):
yum -y update mailfilter
