Tornado CLI with a long term goal of removing the massive set of transitive dependencies required by legacy Tornado CLI.

Also works on TOR if you have SOCKS_SERVER environment variable set.

Run

npm ci --ignore-scripts
npx --no-install ts-node ./source/index.ts
