Describe the Proposal

So right now it's pretty hard to play with Flow, but there might be a way to make it significantly easier by creating an runtime environment for Flow in Browser through https://github.com/soyuka/php-wasm

In the first version would be enough to simply create a standalone page that only displays code editor with some predefined etl pipeline and a place to display the output (it should catch and render ->write(to_output()))
