💡 What: Removed console.log("html", html) from backend/src/utils/htmlExtractor.ts.
🎯 Why: Logging large HTML strings synchronously blocks the event loop and clutters logs, significantly impacting performance during scraping/parsing.
📊 Impact: Reduces CPU and I/O overhead during HTML extraction.
🔬 Measurement: Verified that existing tests pass and backend compiles successfully.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3341028959435305135 started by @fillpit

Removes a `console.log` statement in `htmlExtractor.ts` that was dumping the entire HTML content to stdout.
This improves performance by avoiding synchronous I/O of large strings and reducing log noise.
Verified with existing tests and compilation checks.
