Copy theme.toml to C:\Program Files\BeefLang\bin\themes\Dracula (create subfolder 'themes' if its needed, create subfolder 'Dracula').

Set Theme in Beef IDE in File -> Preferences -> Settings -> Settings Properties -> UI -> Theme.
