I.    First, download part of speech tagger
    http://nlp.stanford.edu/software/stanford-postagger-2008-09-28.tar.gz

   
    Second, download Jama - for matrices
    http://math.nist.gov/javanumerics/jama/

    Installing through Eclipse:
    Right Click Project Folder -> Properties -> Java Build Path -> Add

II.    Compile program, it will prompt for a corpus.
    Enter the locative directory. This will ask about three times:
    One for the tagged corpus, one for freq analysis
    And one final with the usage of modules.
