Description Of Changes
The goal here is to publish this now, then wait a week or so before updating Vercel to use it. That way any existing branches that don't have this won't start failing their Vercel builds and those newer branches will benefit.
This new Vercel specific build task includes a FidesJS build which will copy the necessary files in to the AdminUI public directory so that the Experience Preview works as expected.
The task will run the FidesJS and AdminUI builds concurrently and wait until both are finished before moving on.
