[Form]: Add possibility to decline unsaved changes #3025
Description
When a user modifies a form and leaves it without saving, an unsaved changes notification appears with only a "Restore" option. However, when the user opens the form again, this notification is still shown, even if the changes are no longer relevant.
Suggestion:
It would be helpful if the restore dialog also includes a "Decline" option.
Selecting "Decline" should discard the unsaved changes and remove them from storage, allowing users to clear outdated or unwanted parameters.
