Visual glitch #652
Description
What Happened?
There is a small opening between the wingpanel and program windows when they are maximized and i can see the wallpaper.
Steps to Reproduce
When i maximize windows the glitch appear between the wing-panel and the open program-window
Expected Behavior
Annoying glitch

8.x (Circe)
OS Architecture
amd64 (on most hardwares)

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)

Latest release (I have run all updates)
