"Cannot save" infobar gives insufficient details and does not allow dismissal #1306

Description

What Happened?

The infobar requesting the document be saved elsewhere can be called for different reasons from different parts of the code. The infobar should include more details as to what caused it to be shown.

The infobar asks whether the user wants to save the document elsewhere but does not give an option to not to do so. In most, if not all cases other actions are open to the user to fix the problem e.g. remounting the file or changing its access permissions. Or the document could be made uneditable.

Steps to Reproduce

With "autosave" ON.
A)

  1. Open a document
  2. Delete or unmount the original file
  3. Make some changes

B)

  1. Open a document in an unwritable location
  2. Make some changes

These operations give rise to similar infobars without an Ignore option.

Expected Behavior

  • Give more detail as to reason the document cannot be saved
  • Give the user the option to ignore and dismiss the infobar.
