Dev Proxy is not intercepting HTTPS traffic on macOS 14.4.

Expected behaviour

Dev Proxy is intercepting HTTPS traffic

Actual behaviour

Additional Info

This issue is caused by a breaking change in macOS 14.4 related to processing certificates. Fix for .net 8 is in progress: dotnet/runtime#99776.
