Incorrect flag for Korean language (ko) - Shows North Korean flag instead of South Korean flag #715

Description

The Korean language (ko) is currently represented with the North Korean flag in ResX Manager, which is incorrect and inappropriate.

Why this needs to be fixed

  1. International Standards: In international contexts, "ko" language code represents Korean primarily used in South Korea (Republic of Korea), which is:

    • An OECD member country
    • A major economy (G20 member)
    • The primary representative of Korean language in global technology and business
  2. User Base: The vast majority of Korean language users in software development and international business are from South Korea.

  3. Accuracy: North Korea (DPRK) has extremely limited international presence in technology and software development.

Suggested Fix

Please change the flag for "ko" language from the North Korean flag to the South Korean flag (🇰🇷).

Additional Context

If there's a need to distinguish between regional variants, the standard practice is:

  • ko-KR: Korean (South Korea) 🇰🇷
  • ko-KP: Korean (North Korea) 🇰🇵

However, the default "ko" should display the South Korean flag as it represents the overwhelming majority of Korean language users globally.
