Simple: Don't specifically offer help for varlock init until there is some

Ideal: Explain varlock init in a bit more detail in the help page

What is actually happening?

It suggests

For more info, run any command with the `--help` flag:
  varlock init --help

But varlock init --help only returns:

pnpm exec varlock init --help
Set up varlock in the current project

USAGE:
  varlock init <OPTIONS>

OPTIONS:
  -h, --help             Display this help message
  -v, --version          Display this version
