Not templateing container width and height

I have noticed that the SVG container does not get it's height and width set. I have not been able to set these attributes.

Ex :

Notice height: {{ height }}; width: {{ width }};

This occurred when using the demo as illustrated in the README.md.

hey @dreid93, those styles were left over from before I figured out that datamaps could take height and width as arguments. Initially it looked like inherited size from the parent container. All it really needs is padding set for the height, which I've added as an option. Otherwise it should display fine without them, so I've taken them out.
