This PR fixes the Linux build that was broken by PR #4532, which added IPv6 support. The changes integrate the enet6 dependency (IPv6-enabled networking library) into the Linux build system, replacing the previous libenet dependency.
Changes:
- Added enet6 dependency integration to linux.mk with include paths, linker flags, download rules, and cleanup targets
- Replaced libenet with enet6 in the linker configuration
