A Score granted despite no resources being scanned

Describe the bug

Since upgrading to v0.20.X Popeye fails to talk to the API server via the kubernetes service. The output captured in the logs show this failure but then display a report where no resources have been scanned.

If I revert back to using v0.11.3 I get a report that does show resources as having been scanned.

Actually I would say both versions are wrong since connectivity is compromised no scans nor score should occur as Popeye should error out.
I'll update in the next drop.

I believe that there is an issue with the load balancer backing the kubernetes service in our cluster, as I can occasionally see issues with connecitons. However for whatever reason 0.11.3 handled this but 0.20.0+ does not.

@avestuk Thank you for the details Alex! There is indeed a difference between the 2 revs as the later version depends on the connection to gather resource gvrs. I think I may have a fix in v0.20.5 so Popeye will bail out early if connectivity issue is detected. Please give a rinse and see if we're happier. Tx!!
