Inserter stack size override not captured when blueprint tool adds landfill under entities

I have a large nuclear plant blueprint. I used the blueprint tool to add landfill under entities, and the inserters no longer had their stack size override set. 

I also have a circuit that was no longer working after using the BP tool, but I'll have to reproduce with a smaller design that is easier to debug.
