Cheat is a great help, but I work on a network that is not (and never will be) connected to the internet, so I added these options so I can run cheat using the cached cheat files, without attempting to phone home. I believe these modifications would useful to many others in the DC area, who like me work on an unconnected network.

This would be useful to everyone, because it's impossible to load any of the online cheat sheets. You just get a copy of this HTML page: http://cheat.errtheblog.com/ Then you get a YAML parse error, of course, because the file isn't YAML and the author didn't think it was important to check the content or handle the error. Like, what could go wrong with an HTTP request???
