Hemant,
I am considering making the Dockerfile* pieces in this .ci directory a submodule in a separate directory. That way those files would always be up-to-date. We would need to change the git clone command to include recurse-submodules. We would also need to copy the Dockerfile* over into the .ci directory. What do you think?

Adding 3 in main.tf for 3 instances
