Ingredient references not supported in `cook server`

When using ingredient references, e.g. @&apples they are not rendered correctly in the cook CLI web server, even though cooklang-rs parses them correctly.

At the moment the parser extensions are not enabled. It would work, if they were enabled (see PR #210)
