Hi Frank, Thank you for your interest in donating the OTC Framework to the Commonhaus Foundation. We appreciate your support and willingness to put this PR together. As we are in a bootstrapping phase (about 12 months), and are focused on more established projects for now. Please consider re-applying once this phase is complete.
