Add support for JetBrains 2025.2 EAP (252.*)

Summary

Adds support for JetBrains 2025.2 EAP by including 2025.2 in the verifyVersions configuration.

Changes

• Updated gradle.properties to include 2025.2 in verifyVersions
• This enables testing and compatibility with JetBrains 2025.2 EAP builds (252.* version numbers)

Context

Customers are actively testing 2025.2 EAP and have requested support for 252.* versions. The current plugin configuration already supports these versions through the existing pluginSinceBuild=243.26574 and untilBuild = provider { null } settings, but adding 2025.2 to verifyVersions ensures explicit testing and validation.

Testing

• Added 2025.2 to the plugin verification matrix
• The plugin will be tested against 2024.3.6, 2025.1, and 2025.2 versions

Fixes customer compatibility requests for 2025.2 EAP support.

Thanks @fioan89! You're absolutely right - this change is specifically for adding 2025.2 to the verification matrix. The plugin already supports 252.* versions through the existing untilBuild = null configuration. This just ensures we explicitly test against 2025.2 EAP builds.
