Proper CLI version is not downloaded on Mac OS X because the plugin does not detect the arch

On a Mac OS X running on Intel hardware, the plugin reports Resolving coder cli for MAC null. Luckily in this case it defaults to amd64 but on ARM architectures the default won't work.
