Add session type env var to SSH sessions

Should be able to use `SetEnv` as part of the SSH config although I am not sure how to provide this yet.  Might have to handle the SSH config creation in the plugin instead of using `config-ssh`?  Maybe there is a way to pass additional options when connecting though.
