Auto-Reconnect?

Really enjoying my setup with this project. Thank you for creating it.

Is it possible to make the agent auto-reconnect to neovim after the machine goes to sleep? I find myself walking away from my machine and coming back to my computer asleep and the agent is disconnected from neovim. If it were in the middle of a tool call consent, I tend to decline, reconnect, and then ask it to continue.

Is there anything that can be done on this side or is this an issue with claude code itself?

use /ide command in claude code to reconnect @scrogson
