Work tab font size too small compared to architect panel

Bug

The font size in the Work tab is noticeably smaller (~20%) than the text in the architect terminal panel. This makes it harder to read at a glance.

Expected

Work tab font size should roughly match the architect panel text size.

Fix

Increase font size by 1.2x across the Work panel (issue titles, labels, status text, section headers).
