glpi not installing required apache/php config

For the glpi module, php is not installing properly, and all php pages are rendering as blank pages.

Possibly it's exiting due to version of PHP being too low. The index.php checks for version 7.2.0 or greater.

Also, the root webserver has no link to the page at: http://ipaddr/glpi
