Instructions on how to run this program:

Ensure web tools are installed into eclipse.
Import the .war file into eclipse.
Create a new server with host name "localhost". Add SimpleMessageBoard to the configured resources on the new server.
In a browser, go to http://localhost:8080/SimpleMessageBoard/TopicsList/
