For this project to work after you clone/download, please install:

1. EntityFramework;

2. Mocrosoft ASP.NET Identity Owin;

3. Mocrosoft ASP.NET Identity EntityFramework;

4. Mocrosoft.Owin.Host.SystemWeb;

You will also need to have Mocrosoft SQL Server Express running on your computer.
